News and appeals

A number of arrests were made during this week. Offences include:- domestic assault, harassment, handing stolen goods, threats to kill, threats to cause criminal damage, possession of A Class B drug, arson, actual bodily harm, drink driving, false imprisonment, attempt burglary, common assault, possession of a bladed article, stalking , burglary, vehicle interference , failing to stop, concern in the supply of a Class A drug , threats to kill, wanted on warrant and grievous bodily harm.

Chichester (WC1)
 

Monks Hill, Emsworth – On Monday 21 October, during the early hours of the morning, a shop was broken into and cigarettes stolen.    Serial 0036 of 21/10.    
 
Charlton Road, Singleton – Between Friday 18 and Monday 21 October a container was broken into over and all tools stolen from within.   Serial 0155 of 21/10.
 
Victoria Road, Chichester – On Tuesday 22 October a property was broken into and a wallet and cash was stolen.   Serial 0905 of 22/10.  Serial 0905 of 22/10.
 
Alfrey Close, Southbourne – Overnight on Wednesday 23 October a site was entered and an office, canteen and containers broken into.  Serial 0248 of 24/10.  
 
Critchfield Road, Bosham – Overnight on Wednesday 23 October there was an attempt break to a property; no entry was gained however damage was caused to the door lock.  Serial 0375 of 24/10.
 
Orchard Avenue, Chichester – Overnight on Wednesday 23 October a shed was broken into and a petrol leaf blower stolen.    The informant’s vehicle was also entered, but nothing was stolen.  Serial 0395 of 24/10.
 
Kingsmead Avenue, Chichester – Overnight on Friday 25 October a site was broken into; tools and two large TV’s were stolen.  Serial 0443 of 26/10.
 
Main Road, Southbourne – On Saturday 26 October a property was broken into and cash stolen.  Serial 1166 of 26/10.  
 
Garland Square, Tangmere – Overnight on Saturday 26 October a shed and vehicle was entered; nothing reported stolen.  Serial 0479 of 27/10.
 
Midhurst Road, Lavant – Overnight on Tuesday 22 November a vehicle was entered and loose change stolen.  Serial 0472 of 23/10.
 
Nicolson Close, Tangmere – There was a report of two neighbouring properties having had their vehicles entered.    No items were reported stolen.  Serial 0402 of 27/10.
 
Middleton Gardens, Tangmere – Overnight on Saturday 26 October a vehicle was broken into and loose change was stolen.  Serial 0760 of 27/10.  
 
Selsey, The Witterings and surrounding area (WC2)
 

Appledram Lane, South – On Friday 25 October between 9.15 am and 3.15 pm a vehicle was entered and a wallet stolen.  Serial 0848 of 25/10.  
 
Midhurst, Petworth and surrounding area (WC3)
 

There was nothing of note for the bulletin this week.
