News and appeals
Numerous arrests were made over this week.  Offences included excess alcohol, domestic assault, drug driving, assault police, criminal damage, possession of Class B, actual bodily harm, shoplifting, drunk and disorderly, grievous bodily harm, shoplifting, burglary dwelling, possession of Class A, possession of offensive weapon, aggravated burglary, theft of pedal cycle, going equipped and threats to kill.

Man knocked unconscious in Chichester Attack
A man was taken to hospital with head injuries after being knocked unconscious in an attack in Chichester
Appeal for help in tracing sentimental ring

Unfortunately, this was stolen from a vehicle that was parked in the Blackdown Car Park in Tennysons Lane, Haslemere on 14 June.  Please let us know if you can provide any information.  Ref:  0563 14/6

Neighbourhood Crime Summary (Burglary, Vehicle Crime, Criminal Damage)
Chichester (WC1)
Challen Close, Oving  On Tuesday 11 June we received a report of a vehicle break.  Nothing stolen from the vehicle.  Serial 0406 11/6
Colworth, Chichester – On Wednesday 12 June we received a report of an insecure vehicle being entered.  A satnav was stolen.  Serial 1332 12/6
High Street, Oving – On Thursday 13 June a report of a vehicle break was received.  An untidy search was made but nothing stolen.  Serial 0511 13/6
We have had a number of vehicle breaks in beauty spot car park.  Locations include Stoughton Down, Hunters Race, Eartham Wood and West Stoke. 
Selsey, The Witterings and surrounding area (WC2)
Forge Close, Chichester – On Saturday 15 June we received a report of a vehicle break overnight into 15/6.  Power tools and a laptop was stolen.  Serial 0409 15/6
Midhurst, Petworth and surrounding area (WC3)
Plaistow Road, Loxwood, Billingshurst – On Monday 10 June we received a report of a quad bike (Red Honda TRX500) stolen from a farm. This was tracked to a property in Surrey and recovered.  0534 10/6
Strood Green, Wisborough Green, Billingshurst – On Wednesday 12 June we received a report of an attempt break to stables.  Damage was caused to a number of buildings but nothing stolen.  Serial 0209 12/6
Hesworth Common, Fittleworth – on Thursday 13 June a vehicle was broken into and handbag stolen.  Serial 0767 13/6
Southley’s, Fernhurst – on Friday 14 June a van was broken into and power tools stolen.  Serial 0823 14/6
Lords Piece Car Park, Fittleworth – On Saturday 15 June a vehicle was broken into.  Damage was caused to the vehicle but nothing was stolen.  Serial 0533 15/6
