News and appeals
Numerous arrests were made over this week.  Offences included: actual bodily harm, public order, drunk and disorderly, criminal damage, common assault, false imprisonment, immigration, possession with intent to supply Class A, breach of the peace, domestic assault, shoplifting, stalking, affray, wanted on warrant, breach of bail, excess alcohol, assault police, harassment, actual bodily harm and affray.
Tatooed drug-driver claimed he has fear of needles
A tattooed drug-driver from Tangmere claimed he failed to provide a blood sample due to his fear of needles.
Two to appear in Court in connection with Bognor Regis Stabbing including one male from Chichester
Two men will appear in Court charged with offences in connection with the stabbing of another man in Bognor Regis at the weekend.  The men are named as Akeem Adebayo from Colindale, London and Ian Hemmens, Chichester.

Neighbourhood Crime Summary (Burglary, Vehicle Crime, Criminal Damage)
Chichester (WC1)
The Leys, Singleton, Chichester – On Wednesday 6 March we received a report of a shed break.  A number of garden machinery items were stolen.  Serial 0194 6/3
Northgate Car Park, Chichester – Overnight into 7 March a Sinnis Street White Moped was stolen.  Serial 0399 7/3
Stane Street, Chichester – Overnight into Friday 8 March a container was broken into.  Once the suspect realised they were being filmed on CCTV they decamped and no items were stolen.  Serial 0012 8/3
Selsey, The Witterings and surrounding area (WC2)
Elm Grove, Runcton – Overnight into 6 March a vehicle was broken into and tools stolen.  Serial 0170 6/3
Midhurst, Petworth and surrounding area (WC3)
The Street, Stedham, Midhurst – On Wednesday 6 March we received a report of a break to an outbuilding where a Trek black mountain bike was stolen.  Serial 0300 06/03
Petersfield Road, Midhurst – On 8 March we received a report of a burglary overnight to a public house.  Money and alcohol was stolen from the premises.  Serial 0227 8/3
School Lane, Stedham, Midhurst – Overnight into 4 March a vehicle was broken into and cash stolen.  Serial 1077 04/03
Hampers Green, Petworth – On 7 March a van was broken into whilst parked outside the informant’s property.  A disc cutter was stolen from the property.  Serial 0101 7/3
41 Carters Way, Wisborough Green – On 7 March a vehicle was broken into and tools and climbing equipment stolen. 1099 7/3
Bourne Way, Midhurst – On 9 March we received two reports of vehicle breaks.  There was indication that more vehicles were broken into but these were not reported.  A purse was stolen from one of the vehicles.  0855 9/3 & 1320 9/3
