Community Protection Notice Caterham on The Hill

On 22nd March 2024, 62-year-old Steven Lutes was issued with a Community Protection Notice (CPN) preventing him from entering the parish of Caterham on the Hill.

The CPN was issued after a repeated pattern of Anti-Social behaviour (ASB) in the area. It will remain active for 6 months from the date of issue. If Mr Lutes enters the excluded area before that time he is liable to be arrested. See attached plan.

CPNs are designed to stop a person (aged 16 or over), business, or organisation from committing antisocial behaviour (ASB) which spoils the community’s quality of life.

Whilst we are not able to share an image of Lutes for legal reasons there are those who know who he is and I would urge that if you do see him breaching his CPN, that you report it to us as soon as possible via the Surrey Police Live Chat Line ( click on the symbol bottom right hand corner of the Home Page -  surrey.police.uk) and/or via our website (http://spkl.io/61824LNLn) quoting reference 45240025108.
